When should I use datacenter instead of residential?

When speed and price per GB matter more than looking like a home user: monitors, scraping and sites that don't block datacenter ranges. For retail checkouts on strict sites, use Spectre or Poltergeist.

How does bandwidth billing work?

You buy a GB pack and pay only for data you move. The rate starts at $0.45/GB and drops to $0.35/GB on the biggest packs.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 5 GB.

Does my data expire?

Bandwidth stays valid for 180 days from purchase. There's no monthly reset.

Can I get a custom rate for huge volume?
